Linda Walton (née Clark) established her search firm in 2001 to offer the retail and leisure sectors a targeted, personalised executive recruitment service.

Now known as The Human Choice, it incorporates a team of highly talented and commercial professionals, all of whom are passionate about people in business - finding them, making sure the fit is right and helping them to perform to their best. Our reward comes from seeing the people we have placed excel in their organisation and find an improved quality of life in both their work and at home.

Before setting up in search, Linda held senior line management roles with Woolworths, Signet, Elizabeth Arden and Parfums Yves Saint Laurent. She was a director of a marketing consultancy advising blue-chip clients on retail strategy and also operated a franchise of a business training and development consultancy. She holds an MBA from the University of Bradford and a BA in Economics and Accountancy.
