The documents serve as our briefing papers to candidates.
We identify target organisations and thoroughly research potential individuals. In addition to exploring conventional routes to finding candidates, we always consider candidates that may be ‘out-of-the-box’ as our experience has shown that because such people bring a fresh way of looking at a set of issues, they are well positioned to make the step change required in your business. We invite selected candidates for interview and explore their background, motivations and suitability for the role. We submit a shortlist of candidates with their personal details and our own view and recommendations, and arrange interviews for you.
