After taking a majority stake in a niche ethical manufacturer and retailer, the challenge was to fill two key roles in the business to develop the potential of the business - MD and Operations Director. The business had been run in a distinct way with a very paternalistic style and as we wanted to remain an ethical organisation but extremely professional and effective, we recognised that managing the transition would not be easy.
We chose The Human Choice because we felt Linda had an empathy with the situation we started from; and understood how challenging the transition would be. We believed that her experience in the corporate world enabled her to determine and confirm the key skills needed to do the jobs and deliver sustainable solutions. She visited our shops and manufacturing plant to confirm
her assessment.

She delivered what she promised for both roles – 4 people for each role who could do the job in a slightly different style.
When we referenced/psychometrically tested the short lists they were very consistent with Linda's initial assessment of each candidate. She also found two candidates who complemented each other very well.
She did so well we have asked her to handle another assignment and I am certain we will get the same result.
