Why us?

We are not traditional HR people. Our business backgrounds encompass a breadth of different functions - sales, marketing, training and research - and sectors - retail, leisure, travel, luxury goods, financial and manufacturing. The result is a commercial, consultative approach to the recruitment of good people. In previous line management roles, we have worked with people who are good and 'not so' good so we understand the impact of both on the performance of the business and motivation of its employees.
